The XCO Trials for the Colombian National Championship were held yesterday in Yarumal. All the elite Colombians were present and correct at the start of the 7-lap circuit. Héctor Leonardo Páez Leon, Team Olympia – POLIMEDICAL rider and proud representative of his home region Boyacá, was first to reach the finish line, regaining the national champion’s jersey yet another time in a glorious racing career.

“I am very pleased with my performance and result here today”, comments Páez, “It’s a victory that gives me a lot of confidence and some important points for the Olympics in Rio. I dedicate this victory to my family and to the team that supports me together with my sponsors”.
